The Member of Parliament for the Gushegu Constituency withdraws from the NPP Parliamentary Primaries in Gushegu.
In a letter to the General Secretary of the New Patriotic Party and sighted by Joynewsroom, the Deputy Minister for Tourism, Arts and Culture stated that he arrived at the decision after a very broad consultation and deep introspection. He appealed to the the General Secretary of the New Patriotic Party to withdraw his application and delete his profile on the Notice of Poll and Ballot Paper for the elections.
The party through the General Secretary uphelp the appeal of the former Gushegu Constituency Organiser, Mahama Osman who was disqualified and have thus asked the party to open the contest.
The Member of Parliament for Gusheigu Constituency holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Political Science (International Relations and Comparative Politics) from Clark Atlanta University, Masters in International Affairs and Development (MIAD), Clark Atlanta University and Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, University of Ghana.
