The Communications Officer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Sammy Gyamfi has for the first time admitted peddling falsehood about President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo that he failed to seek permission from parliament before leaving for South Africa.
He made this apologetic statement on Facebook on Wednesday, 5th December, 2018.

“Admittedly, I got the point about the lack of Parliamentary notification for the President’s SA trip wrong. I hereby retract and apologize for same.”
