The 1992 constitution of Ghana has stood the test of time.
In January 2010, the Constitution Review Commission was established to consult Ghanaians on the 1992 Constitution and possible amendments.
The Commission was also required to draft a bill to change the Constitution. Some experts claim that the study still has flaws that need to be addressed years later.
Despite the Commission’s efforts, many believe Ghana squandered an opportunity to investigate it.
