A lot of psychological tests of leadership in psychology, known as psychometrics, have been designed to help assess how effective a leader is but I must say emphatically that the leadership style of Dr Ibrahim Anyars, the Chief Executive Officer of NABCO surpasses the interpretations to the various test scores in psychology. In the face of a natural flow of excellence, we do not resort to codes of assessment in grading how impactful a leader is.
Having been elevated through the ranks in the public sector to the current occupation as the Chief Executive Officer of NABCO, Dr Ibrahim Anyars has given a different taste to how a leader ought to exude excellence in performing their leadership duties. Skewing the scope of assessment, if possible, to do the least of justification to the stupendous display of an outstanding leadership trend from the camp of Dr Ibrahim Anyars, this shall be rendered as a direct leadership impact analysis.
For an initiative handling 100 000 beneficiaries to have scaled through to this juncture, we cannot overlook the leading force behind the active operation of its order. The Regional and District Coordinators of NABCO have all collided with the soothing personality of the CEO, which must not be swept under the carpet. The trainee effect, however, is tested on the basis of the organization of placement with Module Implementation Partners (MIPs) and the development of training programs to catapult their employability skills. This shows how the nation can attest to the materiality of the nation building journey as far as the future of the youth is concerned.
Taking a slight but mappable digression at this point to address his pursuit of parliamentary membership for Tamale Constituency, there is no point of doubt that the migration of his enviable leadership qualities into his parliamentary executions will inure to a great development within the Tamale Central Constituency and the nation at large.
Let us not refuse to unveil this hidden spectacle of demonstrable leadership qualities in recognition of the good works of Dr Ibrahim Anyars.
We are Nation Builders!
Stay safe.
